80. So what if he flies first class, he is flying COMMERCIAL, and with only ONE person with him, he is the former V.P. of this country, he could probably ask for a private jet to fly him around but he doesn't, he flies commercial.

All the other items are not excessive by any means, his speaking fee is inline with others of his status, his requests are actually pretty modest when compared to riders of stars and other people.

He is not a hypocrite by any stretch of the imagination, shame on TMZ for trying to make this seem like something it isn't, we all know that his requests pale in comparison to many other requests made by famous people.

81. 76 Be careful with those "curly flourescent bulbs". They radiate a low level static frequency and the health effects are still not known. Try this experiment: place a radio dialed to a low frequency (say about 560 AM on the dial) next to one of those lit bulbs. When you do that, you will hear a very loud static picking up the radiation from these bulbs. I would guess the bulb radiates at 2-3 watts. This same radiation is, if you are near, entering your body and brain. Just be aware of this.

85. Why can'the take his millions of dollars and help those of us who can't afford environmentally safe vehicles? Or use his money that he makes from these engagements to say help out the people in Australia who have been going through a drought these last 7 years? Keeping it for himself? Come on! Oh and as for travelling in a plane which takes a lot of fuel to fly in no matter how many passengers or if the plane is a private one or not, why not do a teleconference type thing? There are other ways then using up the fuels that he is condemning us for using. Mr.Gore, if you are reading this, start using that money to do things for the environment. Get off your high horse and walk the walk instead of talking the talk. By the way, what are his credentials for "teaching" about global warming? Another thing to think about, if humans and plants and animals grow old and die, don't you think that our planet is able to grow old and die? Where is it ever written that planets live forever? People keep having babies, buildings keep getting built, cars keep on driving how can you stop all of that? You can't. i am not saying that it is ok to just be wasteful but even plants can take us so far. Ask any farmer what the guarantee of a crop of corn to make the ethanol is. It is a gamble. No one can guarantee anything not even you Mr.Gore.
