TMZ has obtained the 911 tape describing what went down with the Lindsay Lohan incident.
The woman (not Lohan) who made the call was hysterical, telling the 911 operator that a white GMC was following her.

How silly, she said it was a gentleman... a number of times. So annoying. Makes me doubt whether it was Lindsay or not. If I hear 'He's following us' or 'They're following us' once more I will scream. Gotta feel sorry for the guy who took the call. Should have hung up on her.

The dispatcher is a total moron. The woman start to tell him where they are and the dispatcher cuts them off and says "where are you" every time she starts to say where she is.

People of LA should be thankful that Lindsay is off the road...for now. Let's see how spins this one in her favor. Her mother and father are both out of there minds. Seems like Lindsay is following right along with them.
