TMZ has obtained the 911 tape describing what went down with the Lindsay Lohan incident.
The woman (not Lohan) who made the call was hysterical, telling the 911 operator that a white GMC was following her.

6. so..... that means Lindsay wasnt driving so there is no reason for her to be charged with a dui. This is so retarted. the lady wouldnt even talk to the 911 guy. just kept screaming "OMG help me i'm being followed" whatever. this is so stupid. why do people even care. there are millions of people who get followed everyday. but it's only news when they get followed by Lindsay??????
