46. That lawsuit should be thrown out of court. There is absolutely NO WAY she will win any money. Her attorney has to prove the harm caused to her by Imus' statements and from where I'm sitting there is no harm. He did not name her specifically, so how can she prove it hurt only her? Secondly, the man was fired and fined, so what damage did it to her reputation? give me a break. Just another pathetic individual trying to make a fast buck. I hope when her case is dismissed, Imus turns around and sues her for filing a wrongful lawsuit.

So good luck with your self on that. As for Imus and the lawsuit, I hope she takes him for every thing the settlement gives him. How ironic, he and his wife runs a ranch for kids (which is a huge tax write off), yet he spews such ugly against kids. What's up with that??? Not only does he look dead, he's dead in my book!

Only thing is , the girl should not have made a sex tape . If you make a sex tape, right after you and your lover view, you detroy it. I do not get her dating BGO (Black Guys ONLY).
