Lindsay Lohan was snapped while on a healthy jog outside of her Utah rehab facility, carrying a water bottle that presumably has water in it. 
Lilo went back to rehab after her wild ride through Santa Monica almost one month ago, and is awaiting word on charges related to that incident.
It looks like the child star turned train wreck might be back on track. Faith, indeed.

I don't care what other people say, I think she is a talented actress. She just needs to get her life in order. I watched the movie Bobby over the week-end and she did great in it. Like to see more of that from her.
