Apparently, you can get AIDS by stepping into a puddle -- at least that's what Paris Hilton thinks.
TMZ caught the heiress leaving Les Deux last night, where she was swarmed by paps -- with the resulting crush causing her to step into a puddle. After someone screamed, "You stepped in sewer pee!" at her, Paris can be heard telling one of her buddies, "Oh my God, I have, like, AIDS." Nurse!

14. People with the horror of actually having aids or dealing with a lost loved one due to the dreadful disease, just got a huge slap in the face. She is such an idiot and probably does really believe that you can gets AIDS from sewer water... if that were the case, maybe we should put some in a cup and let her drink it. My best friends sister died of AIDS and I bet she wishes it was Paris and not her sister that was GONE! Maybe her charity work should be directed at people with AIDS so she can see what it REALLY IS ALL ABOUT!
