K-Fed's Lawyer to Brit -- Overnights My A**

Celebrity lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan, K-Fed's attorney, just told TMZ he will absolutely oppose Brit's move to get overnight visits with the kids.

Brit's lawyers will ask Commissioner Scott Gordon for overnights, partly because she's passed all her drug tests. Kaplan said, "She's 25 years old. The order is a week old." The upshot of Kaplan's statement -- one week does not a responsible parent make.

As for Britney showing up in court -- last night, she said she would. At the time this story is being published, Brit has 35 minutes to get to the courthouse. She's in Marina del Rey and she'll have to drive across town in rush hour traffic -- not likely she'll make it.

6. Before Britney can get her kids back, she really needs to get mental help. This girl is psychotic and needs to get that treated before she can spend alone time with her boys again.

I'm wondering why now she is reconciling with her mother. Is it just so she can get her boys back? Or does she truely want to reconcile with her? I hope the latter because Britney really needs to be around family right now to get her on the right track.

10. Brit Brit has alot to learn. One thing she has not learned is to be a good mother. She can't even take care of herself let alone two kids. I hope the judge don't give in and let her have the overnight stays. I hope she never gets to have those kids. She isn't a good mother at all. She really needs to grow up.
