Britney's Visitation Suspended

TMZ has learned Britney Spears has had her visitation rights with her kids suspended until she complies with all court orders.

The order by L.A. County Commissioner Scott Gordon came after K-Fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, went to court yesterday for an emergency hearing.

The order reads, "Petitioner's (Britney's) visitation with the minor children is suspended pending Petitioner's compliance with the court orders."

Brit's next shot at getting the kids is October 26, when she's been ordered back to court.

The order says, "The parenting coach is to submit a report to the court and counsel prior to October 26, 2007."

UPDATE: We've learned Brit did not provide the drug testing people with contact information so they could reach her to facilitate the random tests, and that is what triggered Commish Gordon's action.

16. She needs to grow up and be a mother to those two babies. I thought she had some mental problems, but, I've decided she is just self centered and selfish.

21. They need to court order her to wear underwear. How humiliating for her sons, that mommy flashes her woo-hoo to the public. She needs to still clean up her whole life and now she has to be forced by a judge. Good for the judge!!!

24. Presuming this story to be true and that is a huge presumption, this case requires a new judge. This yo-yo approach to the law is not helping anyone least of all the children. What court order could she have not complied with this week that wasn't complied with last week? Also this entire proceeding seems one-sided. I'm sure I read somewhere that the father was smokking marijuana on some movie set. What has happened to his drug test. Whether you like Britney Spears or not, it must be obvious that this nonsense can't be allowed to continue. The Court is a place to settle legal disputes, not for people to manipulate the process for some fleeting advantage particularly when children are involved

Follow ALL orders completely.
Get kids.
WHY is this so difficult for her ?
K-Fed obviously knows how to follow his lawyers advise and the Judges orders.
She obviously doesn't want those kids, otherwise she would be following all of the orders.
She has made it impossible to feel sorry for her because she is just such an IDIOT.

29. Her defiance is her downfall. The 'rule of the court' is the rule of law. Justice is blind and so is Britney. She better take of those sunglasses and start seeing what is happening around her.

30. My kids and I have been in the Los Angeles famliy court system for years. Divorce and Custody. When you are involved in the courts they own your kids. You cant enroll them in school, move, anything without the courts permission. If fact, it is the same courthouse that Britney's case is in. You are part of the system. I had to go through all those co-parenting classes, child custody evaluations the works.. jumping through hoops. The end result? I have primary custody of my kids. Even though I dont like how intrusive the courts are, you do what you have to do to get your kids back. Its worth it if you love your kids.
