The heat is on in the Las Vegas courtroom where a judge will decide if O.J. Simpson will stand trial for armed robbery.
Thomas Riccio is being grilled by Simpson's lawyer, who wants to know how much TMZ paid for the audio of the hotel confrontation where guns were allegedly drawn.
Riccio said TMZ did indeed pay for the audio, but said he couldn't disclose the amount because of the contract. Riccio said Harvey Levin didn't want the amount disclosed, to which Simpson's lawyer said, "This isn't Harvey Levin's courtroom. This is a court of law."
The judge is deciding whether to force the issue. Stay tuned!
