The 44-year-old former Brat Packer surfaced at a premiere in NYC this week, looking like he just graduated. What about prom, Blane?!
Andrew will next be seen in the upcoming film, "The Spiderwick Chronicles," where he does not play a high school/college student!

There was - and I see there still is - this charming and interesting quality about him. His face, eyes seem so sweet and intriguing. You just want to get to know him. Yes, that too....
Good point, Kathy, about getting those Brat packers back in movies and TV. I still think it's great seeing Rob Lowe and Charlie Sheen on TV. Makes me feel like I'm getting away with something, like free premium channel weekend or something. I miss Emilio Estevez (my personal favorite) the most, though. Granted, he had "Bobby" earlier this year but he is sorely missed.
Oops, think I might have accidently double-posted but I just got so excited, can you blame me?
Holy @@@@@!! Where's his hidden fountain of youth? Damn, he look good! I always liked him and thought he was hot, and under-rated. I'd love to see him make a comeback, preferably in a thong!
Please do not taint this tasty man by invoking the name of Zac Efron. Even at Efron's supposed age now, Andrew McCarthy was actually sexy and talented. Efron on the other hand, leaves me with the following strong sensations:
1. To bust out a pair of Wahl hair clippers
2. To hold him down and "draw in" the rest of his eyebrows properly.
3. To sandblast the 40 coats of way-too-intense makeup off of his Elfin-like mug.
4. To remind those who call Efron "hot," that he looks like a 12-year old pre-op tranny robot, and it is only because he is so utterly devoid of a personality, that it is so easy to project any feelings stating otherwise on to him.
Andrew McCarthy was hot then, and he's hot now. Tasty Tasty.
Efron, on the other hand, will likely end up looking like present day John Travolta.
