Apparently Nick Hogan didn't have much of a chance at living a normal life, nurtured by rational parenting.

However, that's still no excuse for street racing. It's illegal, he knew it was illegal (even though he apparently got away with it numerous times) and he chose to do it anyway.

Man up and pay the consequences. Maybe his parents will do the same thing and admit where some of the fault rests...at their feet.
