Ashley Tisdale Cuts Off Nose, Face Not Spited

Is it possible to look more natural after plastic surgery? "High School Musical" star Ashley Tisdale, 22, just got a nose job -- and her newly shaped schnozz made its first appearance yesterday at Madison Square Garden.

Tisdale claims she got the plastic surgery to fix a deviated septum -- the same excuse reason expressed by Jennifer Aniston and Cameron Diaz for their rhinoplasty. Something smells fishy!

Ashley still looks great -- Eskimo kisses for everyone!

I think Ashley Tidsdale looks exactly the same. you people should leave her alone. It is her money...let her do what she wants with it Thank you! Ido like her better with Blonde hair though! ;)

OMG she looked 10 times better before. I don't like it at all and usually I think everyone who get's a nose job looks better afterwards. I don't like the darker hair either. It's like now you can see right up her nostrils. Bad move.

The main difference in the two photos is the lighting. The "after" photo is indirect lighting. It even makes her face seem thinner. If she had work done, it was indeed very minimal. Hardly deserves to be on the same page as Michael Jackson.

Wasko jacko is the ultimate in black plastic perversion - one of the most hated out there - & plenty do have a deviated septum that with correction makes sinuses much healthier - plus easier to breathe.
