The supposed mastermind behind this evening's events, Sam Lutfi, smoked his way into the UCLA Medical Center to join Britney during her second committal this month.
TMZ has reported that Sam and Brit's fam aren't getting along inside the hospital.

Did anyone notice in this ridiculous video how Lufti is just sitting there in the middle of the street so the papz could get a good picture of him! This guy is a moran as is everyone else in her life! I think the best thing for Brit is to let the woman that gave BIRTH to her call the shots while she is in the hospital.
