New Subpoena in Brit Case

Michael SandsThe man hired by Mark Vincent Kaplan (K-Daddy's lawyer) to field media calls has been subpoenaed in the Britney Spears case.

The subpoena subject -- PR guru Michael Sands. Everyone, including Sands' personal lawyer, Randolph W. Wright, is mum on the nature of the subpoena, however, one source says it is "substantial."

Britney's lawyers, Trope and Trope, drafted the subpoena. Expect a dogfight over whether the info Sands has is protected by the attorney-client privilege.

13. Man, Britney is going to have a HUGE legal bill from these attorneys she was not mentally competent enough to get. I think they are more working for Sam than Britney...but Britney will be paying the bill.

14. Only the attorney's are the winners in all of this.....pay day! Everyone needs to stop the crazy stuff and let Brit...if she wants it...to get the help she needs in pvt. Dad & comp. will still have to answer to the court on all matters Brit....And I'm sure they will be acting in her best interest...unlike the others....Trope & rope gang.....are just cya themself right now....they know they have done wrong and are trying to save themself from being investigated.
A sad day is a bus going over a cliff filled with lawyers and one seat is empty!
