Bitchy British Britney Still Lingers

For those who don't understand how Britney could get released before the end of her 14-day hold, here's the scoop: in California, once someone is given a 14-day hold, a hearing takes place in the hospital a few days later in which the patient can appeal the ruling. If he/she wants to get out early and can demonstrate basic human functioning (being able to clothe and feed him- or herself, having some sort of place to go for shelter, etc.), then the hospital cannot legally force the person to stay, and he/she can be released Against Medical Advice. This is apparently what happened in Britney's case. As for the conservatorship that was granted by the judge to Britney's dad, that is still in effect until around 2/14. However, being Britney's conservator doesn't mean that her dad has total, 100-percent control over every detail of her life. Basically, it just signifies that he has legal control over her money and property during the duration of the conservatorship. That's why he couldn't force her to stay in the hospital. So what's probably going to happen next is that some lawyers representing Britney (probably including that Streisand person) will go to court and contest the conservatorship. This will happen on 2/14 or possibly sooner. In the mean time, I fear that Britney is now going to resume her self-destructive downward spiral with a vengeance.

What kills me is all these bleeding hearts wanting to bombard the LAPD & governor with calls to help Brittney. Don't you think there are bigger problems in the world than this piece of trash running amok in LA????

I can't understand how it's the Paps fault either. She obviously wants the attention, like someone said she could roll up her window & not engage the photographers. She loves it. She is high as h*ll on her "medication" and the public are as big of enablers as the rest of the people in her life. Making excuses & believing anything we hear about what her problems are is only aiding her in her stupid famewh*ring.

I have no sympathy for her at all.

OK-she's so effed up she couldn't perform her basic functions just 3 days ago---now she's driving a car? With people in it?? She should have her licence taken away. Why dosen't she hire someone to drive her, be her body guard...I know she's supposed to be so whacked out she doesn't even know who's who, so why let her drive? Why don't her "guardians" hire them for her...its just crazy to let her run around.

I have no more patience for this 'woman'. I will NOT be shocked when she has been reported dead. I just hope no one else is involved.
