Britney has reunited with her sons today -- the first time since her January 3rd meltdown.
Brit's boys were driven by K-Daddy's bodyguard to Spear's Studio City home, according to People.
And as we first reported yesterday, Jamie Spears and a psychiatrist must be present for every visit.

This is good. She needs contact with her kids, but under a controlled setting. But as a mother who left a small child for a week when I went on vacation, her boys may not remember her. Mine had forgotten who I was in that length of time and was scared of me for a few days. They are awfully small and it's been awhile since she saw them. It may take a bit before they remember who this lady is. I hope that as fragile as Britney is, she can deal with that possibility.

Looks like Jamie reads these posts! What's too bad here, is he allowed it for his own selfish reasons.......... and Brit doesn't REALLY "want" to see those kids... She is a disgrace as a mother, she should be ashamed of herself.
