Double rehab grad D.B. left a West Hollywood club last night and walked to her car -- kinda, sorta.


BFJustin Long gave Drew props -- literally -- as a bodyguard partially blocked the view. We're hopin' it was one of those weird nights. We like our Drew lucid.

I don't know . . . she didn't look sloppy or anything. She was a bit goofy, but isn't that the norm for her? She looks great by the way (very skinny). Her BF is cute.

Jeez, TMZ, leave the girl alone. As the person above said, she's always goofy anyway. And Justin and the bodyguard were being way more polite than the pap shoving the camera in their faces.
