Britney Spears didn't break any laws in her fender bender Saturday night -- but she may have thought about it.
In video shot by CelebTV.com, you can clearly see Britney hop over from the driver's seat to the passenger seat in the aftermath of car crash. Did the popwreck consider telling people she wasn't the one driving -- only to change her mind later?

All I know is that the paps are happy Britney is getting more press so they can dog and trail her like the leech-sucking, maggots they are. Britney go back to what you're doing for the last month or so. The paps lose their minds having to report about Tori Spelling or Heidi what-her-name.

Fact is she didn't cover up the fact that she was driving. Any number of reasons why she moved. The paps were all over the place, so obviously she knew she couldn't "conceal" the fact that she was driving.
Do you notice how bright the headlights are from the other cars? And the guy with the "sore back" claims he could see her in her car behind him?? I'd say he is the one trying to pull a fast one.

you guys would have been better off not posting it and then having people vote - she clearly was instructed by her bodyguard to move over. and i find it amazing that you have so much footage in the first place - i'm surprised you didnt post the actual video of the accident happening - it couldnt be because any paps caused the accident, with their flashing of the camera??

A bodyguard may be willing to take a bullet for a client or do extremely high risk jobs ( like letting her stupid ass drive), but I am sure that he told her to get the hell out of the driver's seat at that point. A pro is just not going to take the blame like that, especially in front of so many papflies. He was wise to have her get out from the dangerous position of driving ( for her) and put her in the passenger seat. let's just hope SHE STAYS IN THE PASSENGER SEAT! Too bad the airbags didn't go off. It would have been funny as hell to see a lit ciggie still sticking out out her nose!
