4. Yeah it's most likely he did do drugs in jail, I've read it's easier to get drugs in jail than it is on the streets. But anyway I hope he get's sober and stays clean for good for his own life!

The London jails (and all other jails especially in America) are full of drugs, especially heroin. Fool was probably shooting up or smoking heroin the whole time he was in there, and what a perfect place to get doped out, do some heroin and pass out in your cell to kill the time.
