1. oh wait. it reads seventeen (sevtn) beneath it, not seven. simple as that.

2. still a 5 grand winner correct?????

3. Under the numbers I see the "seven and "sevtn" difference - but look - there's also a discrep with the "8" and what should be "38" for $5000. I guess if I had to choose which one to yelp about - I'd want I'd go with the 5 mil too.

4. WHAT IF YOU COULDN'T READ YOU ONLY KNEW NUMBERS. IN THAT CASE THE MIL SHOULD BE HIS.

5. If I had purchased this ticket, I would have realized something is not right. Notice that the correct single digit numbers on the top row are "centered" above the double digit numbers on the second row (directly beneath the top row)....BUT notice that the "7" in question is NOT centered above the double digit number below it on the second row.....the "7" in question is lined up with the "5" under it.....my eyes would have immediately picked up on the fact that the top number "7" might not be a single digit number.

6. The 5,000 price looks like 8 but it is actually 28. It looks like there is a printing error that extends down the card and affects the number 17 at the top and 28, as well as the spelled out T in TWO and possibly 25. They print the words on the bottom so that you know for sure if it is a match. Both number and word must match.

7. its bad printing. period. you can see the letter "t" next to the word seven..
sorry guy

8. #7. If you can't read then I think you have better things to do than scratch lottery tix. Ignorance is no excuse!! No $$.

9. Are you kidding me? That clearly is a 17 and a 28. Either the printer had an issue or this guy is a f-ing retard. No, scratch that, he knows exactly what he's doing... I know when I get a winner I look at the ticket throughly to make sure I'm not throwing the million in a drawer for next trip instead of a 20. You play scratchoff's, you know damn well what your doing.

10. The letters under the numbers show that this isn't a winning ticket. Guess it's time to go get a job.

11. Each scratch off ticket is assigned a bar code and a number which is scanned and it will say that it is not a winner. It is so obvious that there was a printing issue, however people should have been notified of this. Sorry dude, u not a winner today

13. ALSO, THE LOTTERY STAFF TOLD US THERE WASNT EVEN A 1 THERE, THE PICTURE YOU SEE UPTOP WAS SENT TO TMZ AFTER THEY RECEIVED THE TICKET, IF YOU LOOK AT THE VIDEO OR IF YOU LOOK ON THE POST THOSE 2 DOTS BY THE 7 WAS NEVER THERE

14. THIS IS VINNY VELLA JR, VINNYS SON. AFTER THEY RECEIVED THE TICKET THEY CHANGED IT AND PUT THOSE 2 DOTS BY THE 7 TO COVER THEIR ASS, IF ALL OF YOU SAY ITS A MIS PRINT WHY WASNT THEIR A MISPRINT IN THE 8, OR THE OTHER NUMBERS? IT JUST HAPPENED TO BE ON THE 7 WHICH WAS THE WINNING NUMBER? IT MAKES NO SENSE. ALSO THE SAME 2 DOTS BY THE 7 UPTOP THAT YOU GUYS CLAIM WAS THE 1, THE SAME 2 DOTS ARE BY THE 7 ON THE BOTTOM

15. Dude...your soundng a little desperate. I'd love to have 5 mill just as much as the next guy, but this ticket is not a winner and you know it. There's no conspiracy or doctoring going on. It's very apparent that the number is a 17. Printer problems happen...tough sh*t. You'd be lucky if they gave you your dad his $20 bucks back and let him try again. Freaking crybabies.
