Right when Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson relationship rumors where cooling off, LiLo just had to throw gas on the fire.

Lindsay Lohan appeared on On Air with Ryan Seacrest today -- and hinted that there's a special someone out there she wants to kick it with.
