Sisqo Popped for Drinqin' and Drivin'

Sisqo can't even get arrested these days ... and have anyone take notice.

Turns out the Thongster -- whose real name is Mark Althavan Andrews -- got popped for DUI back in December. No one was hurt -- but at least he was wearing his seat belt, according to court records. He was sentenced to probation and $1700 in fines.

A caller to Mix 106.5 in Baltimore blew the whistle on Sisqo this morning.

I heard that yesterday morning on 106.5. B-more. I saw him like 7- 8 years ago at a restaurant with his family. He was really nice to everyone that went up to him. Sucks for him that he hasn't done anything but that country reality show.
