15. I am no Billy Cyrus fan, but that is the most DOCTORED dash of mustard I have seen! How can it be news worthy since at one time are another we have all had food on our face in public. Mustard does not come out of the jar that bright yellow at a distance and you would have had to have been pretty close for that little dot to show!
