Uh ... maybe Jamie Foxx should inspect his rental board the next time he goes sponging in Hawaii.

32. He probably saw it snd does not care since skin heads and people that hate other races for no other reason than their skin color is not worth his time and energy. Whowever put it on there should be the one offended that he is having a good time on it. HA HA!!

35. the images are drawn horizontally- but the board is heald vertically, but it's still another version of the peace sign, it just looks like a swastika because of how he's holding the board.
So that's not offensive, do you know what is racist and offensive? The "black guy" comments. He's a man, with a rented boogie board, boogie boarding- this situation doesn't need to be racially charged.

39. The so-called "swastika" was not only used by Buddhists, but also used as a symbol within the Hopi Indian Culture (counterclock wise) and other tribes in North America. Its meaning varies among cultures but most represent "peace".
