Malaysia: Avril Not as Sexy as We Thought

After canning Avril Lavigne's August 29 concert because the singer was "too sexy" -- officials in Kuala Lumpur are now saying she's free to be as unsexy as she can possibly be.

The Unity, Culture, Arts and Heritage Minister Datuk Mohd Shafie Apdal (whew) told the Malaysian National News they will "monitor the concert to ensure that the performances do not clash with the Malaysian culture and values."

Wonder if it's okay to spit on people over there...
