She kinda looks like Margot Kidder after too many years of booze and cigarettes . . .

Patty looks like the nutty old bag she is. She's been a bug out all her life....and looks it.
She's also a first class P.I.T.A., no one wanted to work with her.

Some people just aren't ready for prime time. The comment about Patty not looking good I am sure came from someone that is seeing their own reflection looking back at them. Patty look FANTASTIC!!!! She is one of the greatest actresses I have ever had the privledge to see perform and unlike so many others who have plastic surgery and could easily be cast in a horror movie, without make-up, she has allowed herself to age gracefully. Age is wisdom (for most people, not all) and she has done it superbly well!!!! Love You Patty!!!!!

Patty Duke you look wonderful and you are wonderful. Many talented people such as yourself are manic depressive a disorder that today is so easily controlled. You my dearest and most respected actress are one classy lady and you left one hell of an impression on me years ago when I defied my parents orders to get to bed and watched you in The Valley of the Dolls where in that alleys you crumbled to your knees screaming "Neely OHara"! I still tremble when I see that scene and when I go back to my New England roots I always think of that movie and walk thru the snow wondering if Neely ever recovered her losses. You're incredible, a true artist!

I 've always loved Patty Duke.
She is one of my favorites.
When I see a movie on TV with her in it I know it is going to be a good one.

If I did not know Patty Duke's age, I would have guessed her at 71, not 61. I am sorry. She is well-groomed, etc., but she looks way older than she is. I am also 61 and have had no plastic surgery, and I have no wrinkles. No one ever guesses my real age. Maybe it is because I never smoked or because I eat a lot of fish. I am not bragging. I was just shocked to see how wrinkled she is.

PATTY, YOU LOOK MARVELOUS DARLING!! FINALLY, A REAL WOMAN NOT ONE THAT HAS BEEN "PULLED-TOO-TIGHT" OR BOTOX LADEN. NO MATTER HOW TALENTED THE SURGEON PEOPLE CAN ALWAYS TELL WHEN SOMEONE HAS GONE UNDER THE KNIFE. ESPECIALLY ACTORS/ACTRESSES BECAUSE OF ALL THOSE "PREVIOUS PHOTOS". NICE THAT PATTY IS SECURE WITH HERSELF. BRAVO TO YOU PATTY, A REAL WOMAN.

She could whiten her teeth. Nice to see she didn't go the plastic surgery route, though
