thats why you dont leave a halter on a horse when it is outside or in a stall...can break its neck...and happens alot with young horses. really sad pic even if the horse was ok it had potential to go really wrong..ie broken legs broken neck...so really this pic for someone who has a horse is really not funny to look at...its a worst nightmare
