It is very much at the discretion of the parents (in ANY situation, not just famous people) whether or not legal action is taken in the cases of underage girls with 18 or over guys. It is more than likely Miley Cyrus' Purity Ring is for naught.. but leave it to Disney to fiercely maintain her image for as long as possible so that people keep shelling out cash to keep their brats happy. Honestly the only real way the public will find the truth in this particular case is either a pregnancy.. or some good ol' fashioned leaked photos showing a bit more than a neon green bra strap. neither of which will make her any less obnoxious in my view.
