2. your kidding right? this chair is nowhere near new, nor does it even look like a martha design. it should have been trashed a long time ago. people are just too quick to sue, use common sense and toss items that need to be replaced!! how much could it cost to replace a KMART lounge chair!!

3. Where exactly was it that this idiot stick his finger to cause the injury? Cause I'm looking at this chair and I don't see how he could possibly have been injured, unless of course he put his finger between the chair and the deck and had someone stomp on the chair. If you have a junk chair on your deck (which has probably been sitting out there through every season) and you get hurt, then it's your fault, this is a friggin K-Mart chair, what exactly do you expect? If you want a quality seat go to like Sears or a real furniture store. I mean if the guy had just bought the thing and it was falling apart he should have taken it back to the store and gotten a replacement, and to sue Martha Stewart for it? She wasn't there when it was manufactured, she wasn't there when it was delivered to the store, she wasn't there when he bought it, and she sure wasn't there when he sat on it on his deck at home... IDIOT! All I have to say is.... what have you learned? Oh and in case you don't know, Martha Stewart sells her stuff at K-Mart for a reason.

ok this guy lost the tip of a finger and now he wont be able to work , like his magic etc? whats that about ? is he that useless... I mean come on there are people out there making the best of there lives and doing amazing feats and not giving up , im talking about people with missing arms, legs , eye sight ect.. i so because he is missing a tip of a finger now he is useless?? im thinking he was useless before he lost that part of his finger.. great another pathetic loser trying to make money off anything and everything cause they dont belive in living and earning there own rewards in life.. how sad.
