Vick's Incarceration Day Shopping Spree

12/7/2008 11:45 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF

Sometimes the day you report to jail can be the busiest shopping day of all.

Records now show that Falcons former quarterback Michael Vick blew through a staggering $201,840 on the day he reported to jail on felony dog fighting charges, according to AJC.com.

His "To Do List" that day looked something like this:

Buy new Mercedes -- $99,000
Cash Checks laying around house -- $24,900
Give money to mom of my oldest kid -- $28,000
Give "friend" some money -- $16,000
Misc. last minute impulse buys -- $10,940
Bunch of money to PR firm -- $23,000
NOTE: Find out what "PR" stands for.

Guess this sheds a bit more light on how he was able to burn through $18.2 million from 2006 to 2008.

ANYONE who hurts helpless, innocent creatures - human or animal- is a danger to society!
To derive pleasure out of torment is sick.
There are NO defensible arguements for what he did.

Whatever happened to " Let he who is without sin cast the first stone", I know that not everyone is a believer and I will more than likely catch heat for saying that but today it seems like we want to see celebrities in trouble and in the news for one reason or another because it makes us feel good about our lives that less than perfect, and it is not right. When someone falls, whether it is a everyday person like you and me or whether it is someone who is considered a star, or role model we as human beings should be there to help rehabilitate that person so that the can return to whatever meaningful role they played in society before they had that problem or issue. That is the only way we as a society will ever grow up and grow out of the situations that constantly plague us today. I'm sure we have all done things that we are not proud of and most of us don't have those things aired in the media. Think about that the next time you want to condemn someone else. God bless and Merry Christmas!

............Concerned @ 1:51 pm..................Well, on the Internet today, of course you will catch heat for most anything....................So, lets take a look and see what we find...............The remark of "stones"..........The business of being without "sin" is in the mind of the "sinner"..................Some one else told him/her they had sinned and therefore, they have "sins" so don't throw stones..........That person didn't actually know the truth of him/her did they?..........As to knocking down celebrities becasue my life is less than perfect?.......................No, that doesn't work.............You see, most people didn't even know who or what Vick was until the animal abuse, dog abuse, dog killing for fun, money, and laughs.................Then Vick was condemed...............Then we found out about all the other crimes against society he committed....................Now we are down to, should we rehabilitate this type of person?......................Well, most true rehabilitation takes place in the mind of the condemed, not the giving back of his previous job...............Pouring empathy on the condemed is wishful thinking.....................Now we are down to Society being able to grow?..................Society only "grows" when it knows for sure, the truth, of something............Let me repeat that..........Knowing the truth of something..............Once I know the truth, then I can make the best judgement at a given time.................And yes, society has to make judgements to protect ourselves from the Vick's of the world................Wow, this is too long.............So, the next time I judge some one............I will look for the truth as best is available.............Then I will Judge Vick the same and press his situation forever............Concerned, that wasn't so much heat now was it?
