Kim K: I Need a Shot to the Ass -- Stat!

If you were to administer a shot of antibiotics to Kim Kardashian, where would you stick the needle?

A spy tells us Kim K. took one in the butt -- a shot of antibiotics, that is -- because she came down with strep throat last week and was in danger of missing her NYE hosting gig at a Vegas nightclub. A doctor showed up to her suite NYE morning and gave her the antibiotics.

Kim's ass proved to be magic again -- the shot worked and she made it to the gig. Disaster averted.
