A cash-strapped Balthazar Getty was walking down Sunset Blvd. yesterday, when the typical Sienna Miller convo was interrupted by those kids on the street who try to sell you candy.
Lucky for Getty and the kids -- our pap had some extra cash to help out.

5. Balty doesn't have billions. He hasn't inherited a dime from the Gettys. His father was disinherited, then was completely disabled by a drug overdose. The Gettys (with money) are completely embarrassed by Balty and his antics.
