There will be no sequel to Mel Brooks' film "History of the World, Part I" -- that was the joke -- but it was completely lost on our photog, who bought Mel's claim that the next installment is "almost done."

And when Mel told us Cloris Leachman -- who starred in his "History" flick -- was "a handful", he didn't mean it that way.

1. No sound is coming out of that old vaudeville performers mouth. Hitler on Ice, Jews in Space were two of his more prominent potential movies he never made...darn it...High Anxiety was among his best. he sure made a good Allan Brady, oh wait that was the other secular Jew, Meatheads Dad, in real life, Rob Reiner. Jews like to make people laugh, but those who do tend to not worship.

Very creative mind these two.

6. Mel Brooks is a pioneer of comedy & a LEGEND!! I'm only 31yrs old, but have loved his movies since I was little (Yes...even Dracula - Dead & Loving it). I truely hope he releases another movie sometime soon!

12. Mel Brooks is a class act. And it was nice to hear the respect in the Paps voices as they were talking to him. Mel Brooks please please come out with another movie theres not enough of them yet!!!!
