FYI - Anil Kapoor is one of the biggest actors in Bollywood and has been around for decades (think Sean Connery). Even in rupees, something tells me he already had plenty of money to flash around town. Remember - Bollywood's movie industry is something like 10 times more profitable than Hollywood.

So when Dev Patel talked about the game show host being the regis philbin version of bollywood he didnt mean this dude, he meant the original game show host in india. This dudes name is Anil Kapoor and the dude who actually hosts the indian version of who wants to be a millionaire is named Amitabh Bachchan. This dude is rollin in it too tho, hes been around since the early 80's and is still pretty damn popular. Looks like my dad!!!!!

I understand this is how TMZ works, but honestly. The man DOES work, he has had several films come out last year where his performances were amazing - including Slumdog Millionaire. On top of everything else, the man is extremely sincere and respectful even though he's a superstar. When is the last time some Hollywood regular actually bothered to thank TMZ? Bottom line - Anil is being respectful and deserves to be respected.

Let's prove the world wrong about Americans, let's prove that we can be gracious hosts to those who come to our country as guests.

How is India 3rd World? India is one of the top developing countries in the WORLD. We are definitely not third world just because we are situated overseas. Anil Kapoor has been around since the early 80's and has delivered a great performance after performance in each film ive seen. Its about time he got recognized and I'm so glad that he was so gracious and kind to TMZ.
