10. This child looks like a girl. Also, it doesn't look like "he" has an attitude, more like he has been abused. I think we need a RE-VOTE. TMZ is better than this. We need a child that has attitude and is cute - the way a baby should be. This child is older and is not a baby. Also,I can't believe the parents would let her - I mean him - go on your website looking like this. What does that tell you about the parents? REVOTE!!! This was about a BABY that is showing the TMZ attitude - not a child that has been abused.
