This child looks like a girl. Also, it doesn't look like "he" has an attitude, more like he has been abused. I think we need a RE-VOTE. TMZ is better than this. Ok- That is not a boy. Also- the "real"pictures of the babies with attitude AND weren't coached, are much better than this picture. The kid flipping the birdS is a horrible "Mommy told me to do it to win" picture. AND if Mom didnt, then its REALLY sad. This is what's wrong with our society. We think its "funny and cute" whena kid flips the bird. Awesome. TMZ- as a teacher, I'm appalled!
