He was 25 when he did 'Kid', and was typecast as a 'kid'. In 'My cousin Vinny' he was just of the 'youts' on trial, not the star. And Marissa Tomai got the Oscar. After that, he was in 'has-been city'.

Shows again that if actor is mid 20's and plays a 'kid' or 'teen idol', career will be very short!

Ralph Macchio is awesome! He still looks young for his age... still has the same walk too! haha

ralph macchio works as an editor for Marvel Comics, he edited the successful Marvel Zombies series which i believe recieved a couple of awards, Spike Scream Award...
so how many people can have a job at something they actually have a passion for and still get recognition for it?
