Lawrence Summers, Director of the White House's National Economic Council, was caught dozing off during a meeting with credit card officials on Thursday.
Looks like someone needs a more stimulating stimulus plan...
It all makes sense now. Sleeping on the job. How much does this guy get paid anyway? This is par for the course. What a joke on the American people.
Ok - so TMZ just picks and chooses which comments fits the profile of what they want said here - not everyone gets heard.
Got it.
Posted my comment regarding this thread a couple hours ago - it didn't fit the profile, I guess. Bummer.
If McCain was in charge.. he would be having one of his regular naps on the job... on the floor on his favourite blanky.
Then he could sleep inside of Sarah Papsmear.
I am sure Prez Barry woke him up long enough to have him spend Another Trillion Dollars for us. Yep, you democRATS this is the change you wanted and can trust. At least Chaney was awake at meetings and was never responsble for running the economy like Barrys sleeping advisor picture here. He is probably dreaming about NOT having to pay taxes again this year, but raising yours.
Mr. Summers is a genius! Everything can be reduced to economics in his world. And genuises don't need to pay attention to lesser mortals, after all, that's not efficient. When Mr. Summers awoke I'm sure he set them all straight. I gotta hand it to you Mr. President, you sure know how to pick 'em.
Obama has a way of making people nod off unless he has a teleprompter while doing one of his "Yes we can" speeches. With all the "uhs", and "let me make this perfectly clear", I honestly can't focus on much of what he says. It's just rambling most of the time.
Got alot of sore losers out there, just cuz ya got your ass handed to you in November is no reason to whine so loud....give it a rest.
Can't see a better time to start learning MORE about self-preservation on EVERY level than now...
LMAO!!! I just LOVE LOVE LOVE all the squirming, whining, crying and screaming rePUKES on this site..."whaaaa whaaaa Obama" LOL...hey morons, just wanted to let you know that your misery brings immeasurable joy to me and puts a huge smile on my face. GOD BLESS PRESIDENT OBAMA...yes that's right HE IS THE PRESIDENT AND THERE ISN'T SH!T YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT :-)))))) suck his big black d!ck b!tches!!!
Post 25 is hilarious. How deceitful. You obviously would give Obama 10 years even if he sprouted horns, a tail, and rounded up everyone over 80 years old and gave them lethal injections. No, you did not vote for Bush. Sorry, not buying it.
1. Why didn't Bush bring our troops home? =====Why doesn't Obama? His plans to draw down the troops are no different than "Bush's" Plan. Actually, once we were engaged and on the ground, this became primarily a military decision. In other words if you actually think that ANY president would make such a change if the military strongly recommended continued engagement, you are wrong.
2. Guantanomo Bay - The prisoners are still there and conditions have deterioated. Let me knw when they are moved. btw This issue is why I know you don't support the military the way you stated and did not vote for Bush. This would not even be on your radar unless you are a liberal tried and true.
3. Except for keeping us safe for 7 years, Bush was awful. Obama is even worse.
4. Spare all of us this idea that critizing Obama is disgusting. First of all, the critizism is almost exclusively relegated to message boards like this and editorials. The news coverage has been overwhelmingly positive and they are still fawning over him like a bunch of schoolgirls meeting Elvis. Now THAT's disgusting. They are supposed to be cold hearted journalists. Remember Sam Donaldson going after Ronald Reagan? That was awesome. How about the treatment Palin got before anyone even knew who she was? How about the treatment John Kerry got in 2004? Sweeheart (that's what Obama calls women so calm down), Obama is a big boy, so sit down, chill and if the critizism isn't warranted, Obama will look better for it.
Britney Spears might miss a lot more 'X Factor' auditions ... because she can! Simon Cowell gave Brit damn near free reign in order to sign the pop star to that $15 million deal -- but is it backfiring? We'll tell you what peeps on the set are saying.Plus, Chris Jericho's…
