Howard K. Stern, 2 Docs: We're Not Guilty!

Howard K. Stern and two doctors, Khristine Eroshevich and Sandeep Kapoor, just pled not guilty to a pile of charges in the Anna Nicole Smith drug case.

The dynamic trio have each been charged with 6 felonies -- after a massive investigation that led prosecutors to charge that they funneled drugs to Smith in the years leading up to her death.

All three defendants had no problem with giving the D.A. handwriting samples that cops could use in determining who signed what prescriptions.

61. Janice Brenman's take on the scene fails on many levels. Steve Sadow did NOT talk about JB except to say he had said it all before and wasn't going to go through it again. He then spoke of his general demurrer and placed that filing's substance into plain language. How could a lawyer/blogger/media-'type' miss that? HKS acted in Court like an innocent man would and Dr. K acted like a falsely accused Professional with a successful ongoing practice would be expected to behave.

Her major complaint seems to be that RR was 'chummy' with unnamed news outlets - 'professional' jealousy I guess.

Barf just like Sadow doesn't even know what job Jerry Brown has lol. Sadow was spinning his political rant again so Janice Brenman's take was correct.

So you must think it's ok to laugh in a court room before facing a judge for 6 felony charges regarding giving Anna drugs? The love of Howard's life??

Was ET there with Howard like always? You know ET. Howard had ET on the phone before Anna was dead for even two hours. ET who put $150,000.00 in a bank acct. for Howard 3 days after Anna's death!

62. Howard's attorney did throw the "Drs" under the bus with the comment that only "Drs" can commit these crimes... watch for the "Drs" to realize that they will be going to prison for full terms after taking to trial and pleading not guilty. They will lose their licences, and smiley Howard Stern will get a slap on the wrist. They will turn on Howard for shorter sentences. Once you are in the system, your life is a nightmare. Howard was the ring leader and coerced the Drs to commit crimes against the drug laws. 11 scripts were in Howard's name on the day Anna died, his behavior on that day tell the story and Howard is a murderer. A rose by any other name...

I feel sorry for Danny who drank the magic elixer offered to him by Howard. Danny was ready to go to war against Howard. When Howard goes to prison, Ron Rale gets 6%... Go Team Ron! Isn't Krista Barth pathetic??? What a loser!

64. I wonder if all 'reality TV stars' are now at risk for criminal charges based on their 'on-air persona' and the imagination of CA LE types.

Candace Bergen should be tried for corrupting morals of the self-righteous as Murphy Brown.

April 7th, Bankruptcy Hearing for Bonnie Stern in regard to the TEXAS BLOGGER CASE

MR. MCCABE: Yes, she sure did have some contacts, your Honor. She was the go between, between her brother Howard K. Stern, who just appeared for his arraignment a little while ago up the street.

THE COURT: It seems to be in the news lately.

MR. MCCABE: I made that hearing first. That’s why I was a little late coming here.

THE COURT: So you’re involved in that one too.

65. Was Howard Stern on the phone with Entertainment Tonight within 2 hours of Anna's death making arrangements and took hundreds of photos of Daniel after his death. Sociopath? Did ET give Howard $150,000 after Anna's death? These are easily investigated. Ron Rale is looking good for the Marshall money. Larry is probably counting the days. Does Howard aka Swims think that blogging on TMZ will turn a jury after all the evidence that Howard stupidly created? I feel sorry for his parents. What an embarrassment.

69. 'Mr Stern, Are you, or are you not the father of Dannielynn?'

Howard wasted thousands of dollars of Larrys/ actually Dannielynns money and countless hours of the courts time. A liar is a liar. They don't even know what is the truth anymore. Howard never had the key to Anna's lock. He knew it and wasted all of our time with his lies.

Dopi pinned him with her skill in every jurisdiction, he and Bonnie said they would take her license, now he faces Prison and disbarrment. The truth will set you free Mr. Stern. I Love it! I hate Opri, but love the current events against Howard.

72. Does Howard think that Sadow's defense of "Howard Is Innocent!" defense is gonna fly in court? He is a horrible laywer! Where is that gay guy Lin Wood? I think Krista Barf will need to hike up her skirt toward the jury to get Howard a sentence where he won't have to make videos for his "long time prison companion", LOL

Is Barf insane? Does she know she is embarrassing herself and her family? Barf, don't drink the kool-aid or the "Pineapple Juice"

73. How could 1400 pages of discovery be about civil lawsuits in New York and Texas?
Are the prosecutors using information from these cases in legal papers and from people who testified in the cases? Why seal all 1400 pages?

74. The prosecution will have to reveal informants and witnesses for the preliminary hearing, and reveal discovery evidence sooner or later. For sure it will be public during that hearing.

Let this trial try and tarnish the luster she had and turn her into something she never was, a weak-willed, sham of a real woman. I say good luck, Ms Renee Rose--you will never pull it off.

The Supreme Court was truly the ultimate achievement for Anna.

*****
Yes, a SCOTUS decision lives forever and ANS-related Law School classes will flourish for generations to come.

What a stain on such a legal legacy is the actions of campaigning LE people in CA to promote themselves at the expense of her reputation and accomplishment.

A Jury drawn from LA will no doubt have members who have brushed up against the so-called 'weak' and manipulated women of Hollywood and who will recognize prosecutorial hot air when they smell it. Just as likely members will also have had their fill of puffery and fakery by Politicians who have ruined CA's 'golden' allure but still remain holier-than-thou. How many millions of Californians could also face similar felonies if the prosecutor's baseless charges are not successfully struck down and how many of them will end up on a Jury.
