Chris Brown Cops Plea

No Jail Time

6/22/2009 6:30 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Chris Brown has copped a plea in his assault case. He won't do jail time, but he will spend 6 months doing things like road cleanup. He's also been ordered to stay 50 yards clear of Rihanna.

Chris Brown & Rihanna: Click to watch
He'll spend 180 days doing community labor (8 hours a day -- 1440 hours total) -- which is, in effect, hard labor. He'll do his service in Virginia which is where Brown lives. A Virginia law enforcement officer told us Brown will be picking up trash, pulling weeds and washing fire trucks.

He gets 5 years probation for FELONY assault -- he pled guilty. He'll get supervised probation. He'll have to come back to court every three months.

He must enroll in a domestic violence counseling program.

This is interesting ... the judge said if Brown and Rihanna are at the same public events, the 50-yard stay away turns into 10 yards. The stay away order lasts 5 years.

The judge said she wanted to make sure that Chris Brown "was treated as any other person who comes through this court."

If Brown violates probation, he could get up to 4 years in prison.

Rihanna is in the courthouse but never entered the courtroom.

So Brown is now a convicted felon and loses the following rights: To own a gun, to sit on a jury, subject to search and seizure without a search warrant and he now has limitations on travel.

When Brown left the courtroom ... Rihanna walked in the courtroom. The judge explained the deal to her. The judge is telling Rihanna about the protective order.

Yes!No jail time!Justice was made.Rihanna is a coward,a smart coward,She didn't even testify.I knew he would get no jail time.
Rihanna is a liar, that's why she didn't want to testify, she certainly would lie and would get caught lying. He defended himself from a crazy woman.I really hope Chris stays away from her, with protective order or not,she is a dangerous and a mentally instable person, not him,he was victim of her plans. She planned everything against him, to set him up,from the beggining until the end,but didn't expect him to react, using the wrong way,i admit, but maybe that was the only way to defend himself from that crazy woman. She is a loser, she didn't even had courage to testify and keep her lies.Nobody drives and at the same time hits another person, again, while driving,it's impossible. All the police report was a lie, made up by her and the police too.Rihanna is a criminal, should have been indicted and arrested for lying and for almost causing a serious accident. She isn't a victim, and never was.She lied ALL the time. And the justice still believed in her,a shame.Justice is really blind, for believing in a mentally instable woman. She is an Idiot! One day the truth will come out and she will be in trouble, and will pay for what she did.Now that the show is over, she can stop playing as a "poor victim" and continue being an arrogant liar.I'm sure she will find for another man to hit,set up and then accuse him of "hitting" her, again.I hate Rihanna, she is a bad example for all women, she's sick and needs help,or will do the same with another man.She lies and everybody believes in her and still defend her...lame.

The problem with the system is that men get away with hurting females for far too long and then the consequences of their actions never matches the amount of pain that the person experiences behind what happens. I as a living witness, experienced the same when a parolee, clearly commited all kinds of felonies had no problems admitting his wrong didn't get chaged for kidnapping, rape several times and attempted murder on my life, with his hands, knives to my neck, never denied what he has done but because the South Carolina Police Kershaw County care more about their jobs then the fact a victim was traumatized in thier town he got away with it. Why? Because they had to protect themselves therefor they had protected him. Why was he protected? What was they protected themselves for? Because to charge him with the crimes that he admitted would mean that I as a former victim was telling the truth all the time and they did nothing. So their career was more important then the felonies and warrants that were for his arrest........So him getting slap on the wrist along with no jail time is no news to me. I still fight for justice even today for the horrific crimes that were commited against me a reverend and his mother a pastor knew what he was doing told me i had to stay there and take it; i cant tell anybody, this was in the boonies so far in the country i couldn't walk or run to safety. Check out my website: pictures of their land and house will prove to you the depth of their home. all felonies even the accessory his mom should have been charged for knowing after the fact and before the second time he tried to kill me again, yes they kidnapped me and help me against my will but South Carolina frowns on the fact that I keep this going then the fact all those felonies were committed while he was on parole.

I'm no real big fan of either.... but I guess she will get away with going batty on other people without any consequences. If she hits you first and you hit her back- be ready to change some city lightbulbs, and do dangerous freeway cleaning....
