Steve Wynn Leaves Guests Cold

Steve Wynn was in hot water this past weekend -- for not having hot water.

Steve Wynn

This letter
went out Saturday to all the people staying at his super swanky, 2000-room, $2.3 billion Encore hotel in Las Vegas, apologizing for the "failure of our primary source of Hot Water" and offering the "Spa Facilities" as a backup.

Wynn gave his hot-headed guests a $50 credit for the "inconvenience." The problem has since been fixed.

3. But the problem that has not yet been fixed is the watermark across all the documents we are suppose to be able to read. Please TMZ, make your watermark a proper watermark and change the opacity.

4. $50 is a slap in the face, this hotel charges like $200 a night. I'm thinking a free night at the very least. Cheap ass millionaire..

7. WELL IF YOU NEW A HOTEL DIDN'T HAVE HOT WATER WOULD YOU STAY THERE NO!!!
SO CHARGING 200.00 A NIGHT AND ONLY GIVING BACK 50.00.
MY QUESTION HOW LONG WAS THE HOT WATER OFF? A WHOLE DAY, THEY SHOULD GET MORE THEN 50.00
A COUPLE OF HOURS WHILE THEY FIX IT THEN 50.00 SOUNDS FINE.
AND HE MADE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS IN THE SPA FOR THEM.

HOW DO YOU THINK HE BECAME A MILLIONAIRE??

11. I think $50 seems reasonable considering other options were available. Everybody thinks something should be free if there is one little problem.

12. Give me a break!! 2000 rooms x 2 people per room. How many showers are in the spa and how many guests can take a shower there at one time?

13. I was there and yes they offered to let us go to the spa but at the Wynn which is on the other side. So we took cold showers rather than walk all the way across two casinos with all our bath stuff...... The water was gone all day all night my question is....How did the kitchen do their dishes, the servers dealt with food etc.....how sanitary is that?
Also my friend's mom got stuck in the elevator for 25 minutes.

14. Mr. Wynn is a asshole I had vacationed in Vegas awhile back and decided to go to the Wynn to shop I have a daughter with C.P. I dont carry her wheel chair I carry a strollerr as the wheelchair takes to much room in my trunk as I was walking through the Casino I was surronded by security and asked if I was a guest at the hotel when I said no I was told strollers were not allowed I then explained that my daughter had C.P. and was disabled the asshole of a security guard asked me to prove it I responded with what do you want me to do take her out of this and put her on the ground to prove she cant walk and he said yes I am sure you can imagine my response I emailed the casino three years later I have yet to receive a apology I personally would never give a penny to any of his establishments but thats just me

15. Oh please!

You lost one day of hot water, Sh*t happens. $50.00 per room at one day loss of hot water is reasonable.

#11 Don't bitch if you chose to stay there knowing the price of the rooms. You choose to pay "$200.00 to $300.00" a day. You could stay somewhere less.

#13 The water affected the rooms, if the Spa had hot water, so did the kitchens. Get real.

#14 Let it go. Don't ever go back there if you are that upset. Plain and simple.

What he offered "free night + complementary spa" more than compinsates.

Damn, everyone wants something MORE for free than what is reasonable more and more.
Are you the same people who want to sue because you didn't get your FREE Kentucky Fried Chicken too?
