Steve Wynn was in hot water this past weekend -- for not having hot water.
This letter went out Saturday to all the people staying at his super swanky, 2000-room, $2.3 billion Encore hotel in Las Vegas, apologizing for the "failure of our primary source of Hot Water" and offering the "Spa Facilities" as a backup.
Wynn gave his hot-headed guests a $50 credit for the "inconvenience." The problem has since been fixed.

(Page 1 of 1)$50 is a slap in the face, this hotel charges like $200 a night. I'm thinking a free night at the very least. Cheap ass millionaire..
$50 credit for the "inconvenience." ???????????????? with an average nights stay here at around $300.00 $50.00 isn't worth crap!
How about a full refund!
have to agree with #4 real mommy...
ding...ding...ding...this is not the motel 6...you can't expect people to pay top $$$...
then not compensate accordingly...really bad marketing move on S.W. part ...
Give me a break!! 2000 rooms x 2 people per room. How many showers are in the spa and how many guests can take a shower there at one time?
Oh please!
You lost one day of hot water, Sh*t happens. $50.00 per room at one day loss of hot water is reasonable.
#11 Don't bitch if you chose to stay there knowing the price of the rooms. You choose to pay "$200.00 to $300.00" a day. You could stay somewhere less.
#13 The water affected the rooms, if the Spa had hot water, so did the kitchens. Get real.
#14 Let it go. Don't ever go back there if you are that upset. Plain and simple.
What he offered "free night + complementary spa" more than compinsates.
Damn, everyone wants something MORE for free than what is reasonable more and more.
Are you the same people who want to sue because you didn't get your FREE Kentucky Fried Chicken too?
