Here's the 18-year-old beauty back in 1988 (left) -- and 21 years later, the 39-year-old version at an event a few months ago (right).
It's amazing both Ethan Hawke and Gary Oldman divorced her.

She was ugly then, and she is ugly now. She looks terrible; however, on topic, she's probably got a face-lift--didn't help.

Silly. Nowadays, you don't need plastic surgery at 39 to look as youthful as Uma Thurman does. If you ask me you should probably never do it, but not even those who are into it don't need to think about it before 45-50.

I always thought she looked like she has Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. Eyes, set far apart, the area between her nose and lip is just odd and her lip used to look sort of cleft. She has has a bit of work don to her nose and lip clearly. I think she is pretty, just pretty with FAS.

This one,for a change, is a harder to call.A kind of classic,old world beauty to her. She may have had a couple of minor procedures done. She also has that kind of look about her that may spell just the aging process at work,but with good hereditary genes. If she truly has had work done, it was done by someone who was very ,very good at their craft.Its subtle, and makes people like me wonder..........
