The Supermodel Formerly Known as Heidi Klum

Heidi KlumTMZ has learned Heidi Klum was officially docked a few precious sexy points today -- because she just had her last name legally changed from "Klum" to "Samuel."

The Victoria's Secret supermodel filed papers early last month asking permission to take on the last name of her husband, Seal Henry Olusegun Olumide Adelo Samuel -- she was finally given the okay today.

It could have been worse ... she could have changed her name to Heidi Olusegun.

12. I think its lovely that she will have the same last name as her husband and children. She is the same person but to children names are important.

14. Why so racist TMZ? What's wrong with a white woman with a Nigerian name?

Posted at 7:46PM on Nov 20th 2009 by aimhlpben

15. The name "Olusegun" is from the Yoruba Tribe of Nigerian. Seal is Nigerian and all of his names after his first one name his lineage, as is the cultural ways of many Africans all over the continents.

And "egun" or "Ogun" had religious and spiritual significance within the Yoruba traditional faith system. There's no difference between "Olusegun" and "Johnson" to me, but of course you would see the difference since you have a set way of thinking what's normal, or not.

Look......You guys come off real ignorant, uneducated, and just plain myopic when you try to appeal to the masses with such obviously racist and culturally insensitive comments.

Harvey, I know the money is good, but how about acting like you're educated once in a while?
