Secondly, Radar Online and Huffington Post have been running that photo since at least Thursday. They've got much more information on this story than you guys do. I agree. TMZ has been in an epic fail spiral. They have been getting their stories completely wrong or only half the story. Plus they report on it hours if not days after radar. They are fast becoming the new Perez.
