Tiger Woods Apologizes to Pre-School Parents

2/23/2010 1:17 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF

Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren have issued a letter of apology to the parents at the Florida school where their 2-year-old daughter, Sam, attends day care classes.

Tiger Woods and wife Elin Nordegren

In the letter, obtained by WFTV9.com, Woods blames the paparazzi for creating an "inconvenience" around the Premier Academy in Windermere over the past few months.

Here is the letter in its entirety:

Dear Premier Academy parents,

We would like to share our appreciation for your support over the past several months and offer our personal apology for any inconvenience you are experiencing due to the increased media scrutiny surrounding our children. We truly understand how frustrating it can be.

We hope that the paparazzi will find something better to do with their time in the near future. In the meantime, it is our goal to keep life as normal as possible for our children. We are sure that as parents you can appreciate that. For Sam, that normalcy means attending the school that she enjoys so much.

Again, we truly appreciate the support from the entire Premier Academy family.

Kind regards,

Elin and Tiger Woods

Dear TW, Grow up,keep your pants zipped then no one has to apologize to anyone. Your wife should not have to even be part of your letter to a pre-school and the paps would not be there if you acted like an adult. So, accept the blame fully. Signed, tired of your mug on the internet.

Who in the hell sends a two-yr-old to school, other than parents who want to get rid of their kids? Are they gonna send the kids to boarding school at age 4?

Listen people...

Race as we know it is a myth, a social construct. A social
construction or social construct is any phenomenon "invented" or
"constructed" by participants in a culture or society, existing
because people agree to behave as if it exists or follow certain
conventional rules. "The Social Construction of Reality" (1966).

Have your tough guy caddy, Steve Williams protect all the children, beating up anyone who gets in their way as he did this weekend, threating any person who dares boo, hiss, or otherwise make Tiger have to work for his money now.

That guy has gotten off easy and Williams wont last the first day---if IMG and agent Steinberg havent fired him yet...heck even the rehab pro's should demand Tiger dump this enabler from his life if he's going to be a true Buddhist.

If Williams is still carrying Woods bag when he returns we will all know we have been taken---allowing a HO appointment setter Enabler back in his life would be a sin.

I agree that the news media should not be allowed near schools with the children of stars or for anyone's children for that matter. Tiger created this nobody mess nobody else. He should have thought about this before he did what he did. Did he really think that the news media wouldn't hound his family after what he did.

Sorry Tiger, you did this yourself.....

“If there is no rule to keep away paparazzi from underage kids, I will start killing one paparazzi a day for the next 6 months. I think, many Americans would agree with me on this subject. Why we need paparazzi anyway?, they are bunch of losers constantly harassing our people. We should learn from princess Diana's death. She died because some stupid paparazzi were harassing her, no one did anything to make them pay for what they did to her. How many innocent people have to die before someone does something about these society burdens?”

How does a woman go from being a nanny herself to being a rich unemployed housewife who now requires a nanny and daycare for her own two children? I thought the mother's primary role (especially when she has no job or career) was to educate her own children. I previously worked in education and I used my skills in the rearing of my own child. And I did this as a single mother who earned slightly over the minimun in that field.
It was NOT NECESSARY for those children to be in daycare or pre-school during that whole mess. If anyone is to blame for the disruptions it's Elin and Tiger. What the hell does Elin do all day? Was she laying around in a damned coma. She's not with the kids and she wasn't taking care of her man; who was really addicted to Ambien?

I would like to see the media banned from taking unauthorized pictures of children. What they do should be considered stalking. This "freedom of the press" is not ok when they are so grossly and negligently treading on the freedom of those they stalk. They are making money off the images of celebrities and their innocent children, not following some fantastic important journalistic story. The children of Jolie-Pitt, Cruise, Affleck, etc. are trapped in a surrealistic world of flashing bulbs and intrusive monsters. I am ashamed that we don't have laws banning this behavior.

It is not Tiger's fault that the press is stalking a poor little 2-year old. Tiger didn't break any laws. We may not like his behaviour but in truth it is none of our business and his daughter's school life is most definitely not our business.

Dear Liberty,

Do you have children? Yes, 2 year-olds go to pre-school. They can also go to "in-home care" or "day care" or stay at home with mommy and/or daddy...Nonetheless, that's not the point really. Tiger's behavior has caused the inconvenience to these families...Blaming the paparazzi is just another excuse for a guy who felt "normal rules don't apply to him"...Jackass.

Poor, poor, hounded Tiger Woods!!! Ah,so sorry you have found out that in the 'real world' there are consequences for whatever 'actions' you choose to take in life. Welcome, pull up a chair, & get 'used to it' because your gonna be so tired of 'making amends & saying I'm sorry' to everyone who's been 'affected' in some way; and I'm not even talking about the ones your going to have to make to your WIFE! Your about to find out just how long a scorned womans memory is & any hope of YOU ever wearing the pants in your family ever again are LONNNNNGGG GOOOOOONNNNNEEE btw. Which is to say, might as well be everyone on the planet seems like, you'll be attempting to 'prove' yourself worthy to once again. You will be under 'endless scrutiny', every move you make will be 'questioned, considered, re-considered, & critiqued'. It's this groovy little thing called 'accountability'. Yeah it sucks but here on planet EARTH as opposed to planet TIGER it what we use to seperate the 'humans' from the 'animals'. I know it's not exactly what you've been used to on 'planet TIGER' but unlike YOUR world, it's the 'HUMANS' that are held to the higher standard here! Come on in & pull up a chair buddy! At least that is, if you intend to stay married to that hot little blonde lady. The 'classy babe'. We ALL certainly know by now there are obviously none of THOSE on planet TIGER either! lol!
