She still drinks from a bottle but they put lip stick and high heels on her. Something is not right with this family.

I remember being little and watching my mom put on her make up asking if I can wear something. Mom would dab some lipstick on and maybe a tiny spritz of perfume. What little girls doesn't do this.
Let the poor kid be. She is simply playing dress up.

I love to read the stupid comments saying that it's outrageous how this little girl wears high hills and lipstick, all little girls do the same between 3 and 6 years old, she will also be wearing nail polish. Stop thinking Suri is yours, she is Katie's and Tom's little girl and she will do whatever they let her do and it's not your biz!She's not doing anything wrong!!!

You guys are pathetic for always having this little girl on your site. She is just a baby and should not be subjected to all this publicity. When I was her age I played in my mother cosmetics as well. Give these people a break and leave their child alone.

why does everyone think that this child is one of the best dressed children? She constantly looks like she is dirty, her clothes while supposedly being "designer" look wrinkled, tattered and of the wrong size, she wears inappropriate shoes, never a coat and she needs her hair brushed. Now, she is wearing lipstick, and while little girls love to play dress up, given Suri's history of not being supervised in certain areas, this is not something that should be taken lightly. Just because she is Tom Cruises' daughter might be the reason no one will just come out and say it like it is. If you look at the other children her age in her social group, they do not look like this child.I think that if this child were in a lower social group, Child Protective Services might certainly be involved.....somthing to think about.......
