TMZ has obtained the letter Warner Bros. TV sent to producers of "Two and a Half Men," informing them Charlie Sheen was fired.

WHY FIRE CHARLIE???? Doing drugs on HIS FREE TIME, banging hot poooontang on HIS FREE TIME, drinking for days on HIS FREE TIME is not illegal? He did this after WORK??? I bang fat chicks and drink cheap beer in MY FREE TIME and my employer DEL TACO knows all about it. And they are cool as long as I am there each day as schedualed to make people bean and cheese burritos and make sure each customer has enough Del Scorcho hot sauce in their bag....You wanna know why? Good for them. Although Charlie was the heart of the show, he wasn't bigger than the show. If they let Charlie get away with his antics by allowing him to return, this would've opened the door to other stars of acting like fools and being compensated for it.

He was the latest example of how high a star could rise and how quickly they could let him go.
