What an odd story. 11 out of 12 jurors? I always thought it had to be 12 out of 12. And why split custody of the daughter, but give sole custody of the boys? Sounds like a weird divide, to me. Yes, sons need their fathers, but they need mom's too. And, clearly, she isn't an unfit mother or else she wouldn't have joint custody with the daughter. Very odd, indeed.

It's so sad when a mother gets custody of her children taken away from her. Either she's such a Terrible mom or that judge is a heartless piece of shiiit who doesn't care how he affects a mothers life and her childrens

People are saying its odd because it is. Tmz, this isn't the full story. I read in another article that the couple decided for the boys to go with dad, and the daughter with Pilar...if she was unfit, they would award the daughter to her either.

You have to be a pretty miserable excuse for a mother to lose sole custody of two of your three kids in today's court system.

It's a toss up really. If you give the dad the kids it's really unfair for the mom. If you give the kids to the mom 9 out of 10 times in these high profile cases they try and bleed the man dry because they can just run to the judge hollering baby daddy and all.
