The Lohans came together for a traditional family Christmas photo on Sunday -- but one person was conspicuously missing ...

While Ali, Dina, Mike Jr., Lindsay, and Cody chowed down in Long Island to commemorate the birthday of Jesus -- Michael Lohan was stuck in Florida ... completing his court-ordered  4-month stint at a treatment center, which includes a domestic violence intervention program.

Sources close to the Lohans tell us, it was pretty joyous -- lots of gifts, delicious food, and no one jumping off a 3-story balcony.

Cops showed up to the Lohan residence in New York last week ... after a member of the family claimed they were receiving threatening phone calls ... but it wasn't Dina ... or Lindsay ... or Ali ... or Michael Sr. ... or Jr. -- it was the youngest Lohan of them all, 15-year-old Cody.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Cody called the Nassau County Police Department on Thursday and told officers a mystery caller was blowing up his cell phone and threatening to "harm him."

We're told cops checked out the Lohan home -- looking for anything suspicious -- but we're told they didn't find anything out of the ordinary.

Cody's mom Dina is still in Los Angeles, having attended the Kardashian wedding -- but sources close to the Lohan gang tell us family members are taking the threats very seriously and Cody is under proper care.

Lindsay Lohan cheered for hometown New York Knicks last night, alongside her sister Ali and two brothers, Cody and Michael.


After the game, Lindsay was a lot less animated as she and her siblings made their way to their ride home.

Lindsay Lohan was spotted at LAX this afternoon, flying to New York City with her mother, Dina, and sister, Ali.

All of Lindsay Lohan's problems are solved -- Dina Lohan has come to town.


Dina landed at LAX this afternoon with her other children: Ali, Michael Jr., and Cody. Lindsay hasn't seen them since she got out of rehab, so she's overdue for a little QT with the fam.

And if this whole necklace mess goes the wrong way, it might be the last time she sees them for a while ... again.

With all the Lindsay Lohan Betty Ford drama going on, let's not forget about the birthdays of two lesser famous Lohans this holiday season ... Ali and Michael Jr.


LiLo's little sis Ali is 35 17 today, while eldest brother Michael Jr. turned 23 last week.

Happy Birthday, kids. Don't party like a Lohan.

Michael Lohan may have shot himself in the foot when he shot himself in the face ... with Botox ... because his ex-wife saw the footage ... and was inspired to go after his ass for unpaid child support.


Dina tells TMZ she had let MiLo slide for a while -- but after seeing him "getting Botox and partying in L.A." ... she thinks he needs to stop spending money on himself ... and start spending money on his kids.

Dina tells us she's filed paperwork with the Child Support Collection Unit in Nassau County because, according to Dina, Michael has only forked over cash one time in the last four months.

DiLo says Michael is supposed to pay a total of $1,500/month for their remaining minor children Ali and Dakota ... and fork over 50% of the cost of things like school and medical insurance for the kids.

Calls to Mike were not returned.

Lindsay Lohan sure acted like it was her last days of freedom because TMZ has learned she did something totally off the wall ... for her -- grocery shopping and cooking at home. 


Linds was seen loading up her Porsche Cayman's limited-spaced trunk earlier this week with ingredients for what sources close to her say was a home cooked meal.

We're told, Lindsay and her siblings -- Ali and Michael Jr. -- pitched in to make breaded tilapia, chicken, scallops, brown rice, and salad.

No wine was served and no one named Judas (or Michael Lohan) was invited -- still it was kind of a last supper for the kids. Sources tell us Ali and Mike Jr. jetted out of town ahead of Lindsay's probation violation hearing.

TMZ will be at court starting around 8:00 AM PDT -- standing by for all the drama when LiLo appears before Judge Elden Fox.

 Lindsay Lohan actually had a good run-in with the law yesterday -- much different than tomorrow, when she could be hauled off to jail.


LiLo stirred such a scene when she took the lil' Lohans -- Ali and Michael -- shopping yesterday that LAPD cops had to be called.

A couple of officers even leaned into the window of Lindsay's SUV while she was behind the wheel.
Deja vu or omen?  

Lindsay Lohan is back in New York -- and for the first time since she got sprung from jail/rehab ... she spent time with her family.


Lindsay hasn't seen her sister Ali, mother Dina or brother Cody since she's been a free woman. We're told Lindsay is in town for Dina's birthday, which is next Wednesday.

Hopefully, Lindsay Lohan is making a few friends inside her UCLA rehab facility -- because most of the people authorized to visit the actress have just left town.


Dina and Ali Lohan were spotted at LAX yesterday getting ready to get on a plane -- destination unknown.

As we previously reported, several people close to Lindsay have been told that LiLo will only be allowed to receive visits  from approved blood relatives for the first 30 days of treatment.

UPDATE: Turns out the Lohan gals were headed to NY to spend some time at home.
