Jay Photoglou is the former boyfriend of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" cast member, Gretchen Rossi. It was rumored that Photoglou and Rossi had an affair, while Rossi was still involved with her ailing fiance, Jeffrey Beitzel. Beitzel died in 2008 of leukemia. He was 54. Photoglou and Rossi are currently involved in numerous legal battles, regarding court fees, traffic tickets and slander lawsuits.
