Lennon Stella has already achieved immense success in her career at just 17 years old. She, along with her real-life sister, 13-year-old Maisy Stella, play the daughters of Rayna Jaymes on the hit show Nashville. Recently, the show was picked up by CMT (Country Music Television) for a 5th season where Lennon and her sister continue their roles as Maddie & Daphne, respectively. Lennon & Maisy have also seen an unprecedented amount of success with songs they cover. They began to receive global attention when their YouTube cover of Robyn's "Call Your Girlfriend" went viral in May 2012. The sisters then had a show-stopping performance of "Ho Hey" on Nashville in 2013. When ABC released the cover to the radio, it not only became the #1 most added song in the nation, but it also rose to the Top 40 of Billboard Songs chart. The next year, their cover of "Big Yellow Taxi" was featured in an HBO special called Saving My Tomorrow. Most recently, the sisters released a cover of Coldplay's "Up & Up." Their transcendent harmonies captured the hearts of millions worldwide, and today their YouTube channel has over 94 million views and nearly 757,000 subscribers. Lennon & Maisy have appeared on Good Morning America, The View, Entertainment Tonight, Buzzfeed and even performed at The White House. In 2013, Lennon and Maisy were invited to perform at the CMA Awards and present Taylor Swift with the Pinnacle Award. They have also performed more than a dozen times at the Grand Ole Opry and have the #1 most viewed video on the Opry YouTube channel. In April 2015, Lennon & Maisy added a new title to their resume: "Author." They partnered with HarperCollins Publishing to release a children's book called "In The Waves," which is based on their original song with the same title. In December 2016, Lennon did a feature with Refinery 29. The piece talked about her extraordinary success as a young actress and performer, her path to stardom and her future endeavors. Lennon shared that, while she loves acting on Nashville, music is her first love and she hopes to release an album and go on tour in the near future. The sisters have also made their mark as rising fashion icons. Lennon & Maisy have been included on numerous "best dressed lists" and have partnered with Seventeen Magazine and InStyle to be special correspondents. In February 2016, Lennon & Maisy attended New York Fashion Week for the second time and walked in the Red Dress fashion show. Yet their eye for fashion is not limited to just clothing. In July 2016, they came out with an exclusive furniture collection with Pottery Barn Teen. The line highlights Lennon & Maisy's eclectic and vintage style. Lennon has also been successful in her songwriting career. She wrote a song called "In Love" with Sarah Siskind and her mother, MaryLynne Stella that was recently used in an episode of Nashville. Lennon currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee, but was born in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada. As she nears adulthood, Lennon Stella is excited to see what the future holds as she grows and develops her promising career.  See full bio on IMDb »
