Sal Picinich (1948 - 2011) was a baker who worked at Carlo's Bakery in Hoboken, New Jersey. The bakers is featured on the TLC reality show, "Cake Boss". Picinich was born on the Croatian island of Susak. He worked at the bakery for 45 years, before passing away from cancer.
